Any way for me to increase my common event's max?

Well, I'm not sure what you're trying to do with that many common events, but I have a feeling that what you really want to do is create complex systems.  Anything that could possibly require that many common events to work will probably be better handled if you either script what you want, or have somebody do it for you.

By the way, this question is more suited for RMXP/RMVX General Support than RGSS/RGSS2 support.  You're not dealing with a scripting problem, but rather, an inherent limitation of the two programs.  Reporting for move.
 
Actually, this could be a scripting thing. Maybe you could get a scripter to edit the default scripts, allowing more common events, and then creating a blank map with your "common events", and calling them from that map.

I'd imagine you'd have quite a few similar conditions. 500 *unique* common events? Try to surmise what are the common outcomes or the common attributes among them. You might want to have someone make a script that handles this from within a single common event call.
