Anime Drawer, plz

I got 2 request,

1- a "anime kind" battler and
2- a charset that go with it.

For the charset, whoever can make it will make me happy.

Sex: Female
Hair Color: Blond
Short hair (like the fighter 001 but without the bandana)
Red dress (choose the style but make it "cute" (damn i hate that word))
Blue eye (if able)
Pair of Earring

If i miss something, just tell me.

For the Anime kind battler, its the same description as above.
(If the anime battler can't be done, it no big deal.)

Correct, this is my mage that is lvl 11 but she was wearing just a quest reward dress (For me when i'm in Big Cities)
