Animated Title Screen for anyone to use

I know you can use changing images on the title screen but haven't really bothered to look into it. Although I did decide to make a crime sim title screen out of a simplistic idea I had for police lights flashing.

So does that mean you are going to test it then? It would be good to hear how it looks if you already have the scripting set up.

It's only two frames, and not a subtle color change. This will just give poeple seizures.

Like I said, it's merely a concept. I've never looked into the animated title screen feature, if anyone needed it to do that, it's simply a quick recolour.
