I don't think I'm done yet with her... The feet look large Arm is too long. Mouth and Nose need to be altered.... Then I think I'm done... Unless you guys thought the other pose was better.

I did these a couple months ago, and I feel they would help you with the faces.

Try to use anti-aliasing on corners like mouths to make them look smooth, like on the girl you currently are working on.

If you shorten and make the arm skinnier, then I think we have a winner!
