An old Problem Come Again

Okay, when I first started using RMXP I ran into this problem. In game while on a map, the game thinks you are holding the rightarrow button and while in menus, it doesn't register at all... The good folks at LRPGM assisted me in fixing it.

It has come again three computers later. Doesn't matter if it is an old or new project, it does it just the same...

How can I once again fix this annoying problem?

Do you ever hook any kind of controller up to the computer? Usually, this is when the computer thinks that a button is pressed on the controller. Try plugging/unplugging it, and see if that helps.
