Updated with Full Body and Face Graphic of the pilot. I really don't know If I'll use those faces or not. They were mainly just for concept. Sorry if the pilot isn't Safe for Work... Anyway yeah. Suggest a name and give me C n C along with it, please?

So what do you think of it now?

Now, I'm wondering if powerups should be added to player ships...they can't be obtained through play but rewards for after missions. Should I add powerups or just make multiple ships. Or is having upgrades even necessary.

Updated the face with ssh's edits.

Updated the RoseThorn with concept sprites for Ship Add-ons. I'll think about your idea Dung Beetle, but after I get all these other powerups I have planned scripted. I might rip out some screenshots next.

Say, I liked the transformable RoseThorn you've made but it's initially made for modifying movements! They looked uber and I wish you can modify shots as well.

SHOT TYPES I SUGGEST:
Three-way shot
Long ray (1.5 frame/sec wait after firing) <-- inspired from AngerAze 2
8-way shot (useful for enemies from behind!)
Homing ray
Five-way shot <-- AngerAze 2-based again.

I've decided to revive this topic with some old sprites I've done since the last update. Sorry for the wait, if you care. Also, @Dung Beetle: I dunno about any of those. Multiple firing will cause to have restart my projectile system. But the Long Ray is easy/ was easy; It's already been implemented in Alphaslug.

So, yeah. I've uploaded some new screens, new ships, and a few face graphics.
 
These are pretty nice. Will these fit into RPGMaker? I like The Manta Ray, and The Guardian. They are all pretty good.

- The RoseThorn Edits and RoseThorn's Faceset looks a bit high in contrast - darker in between shades than it prolly should be. Maybe it's just me..
