Hello i need help with how to make an airship that can go from one map to another that a character can get on also how can i get my game on the net for people to play? i was going to ask about mode 7 but it says no codding related questions but if anyone knows about it tell me anyway?

For the Airship, it's kind of advanced. I'd wait a bit to learn the ropes before you try it.

By 'On The Net', do you mean available for download?
If so:
1. Go to www.savefile.com and upload your file.
2. Grab the link, and paste it.

Mode07 is a SNESsy type thing that... Actually. Have you ever played that FF game where the 5 airships are flying and the world looks almost round? That's Mode07.
