Agility Based Battle Sytem

Can someone make a script that atk often when their agility is high without any additional Gradient or something below the HP at SP. I am currently using the default battle system.
Ex. Actor with 700 Agi can atk 3 consecutive atk before the enemy can atk that only have 100 agi
something like .... every 200 agi difference .... you can atk once again.
something similar with Rice Field BS but the Battle System is the default RMXP Battle system

I greatly appreciate any help
