Adding Extra Bar to Battle Screen

Ok i was thnking of adding an extra bar under the SP bar called Focus or something. Like the character has to wait a few turns and fill this bar until using a skill. It would start at 0 and go up every turn.
I would also like to add a skill that increases the rate that the Focus bar goes up.
I know nada about scripting so could someone plz help me?:D

Sorry I can't help, but I wanted to say there are scripts called "limit breaker" and "soul rage" battle systems that would do that, but they don't come with the bar's you have to do that your self.

I also wanted to I like your idea and I hope someone helps you soon,
