add-on to the rtab system

i want an add-on to the rtab system to show a time bar for the enemies also.
here is a screenshot of my game and then i added the bar in paint.

I want the bar on the right side of the screen and i want the little pictures on the left side of it to move up the bar and when the picture gets to the top of it the enemy attacks then the picture goes back down to the bottom. this would really help me out ALOT if someone could do this for me, thanx.

Akin to the XRXS timer bar (module 65a for use with the 65 battlesystem). That one was made for his simulated AT system (was still conditional... but sweet).
