About XAS

First of all, MODS Please don't lock this thread I really need this for my game..

If you have seen/tried the XAS Script, I have a question.... How can I make more characters???
Because when I tried to edit it and made a party, it doesn't work... It only works if there is only one character..
If anyone needs a demo for this to understand my question, here it is:

You can't have any more characters on the map without major editing the script. Another option, which I'm using in my game, is to just let the player switch party leaders so the other characters can interact on the map.

Actually, XAS was made to be used in single-hero games, like Zelda, and some plataforms, like castlevania and metroid.

Make a Party would require a big major editing in the core part of the system. Sorry man, but I have to say why don't you use a squad based instead of this?
