A Soundfade script

Yo.
I want to have realistic sound effects in the game, and thats why I'm looking for
a soundfade script... Unfortunately, nothing...

Maybe you've got, or you can write a script like that.
for example: hero is near fireplace, and then plays fire BGS, but if hero is
far from the fireplace, sound fades. If hero is comming closer to the fireplace, sound fades in.
I want to control Volume and Pitch, by the numbers in script.
So, can You help ?
