A script that triggers the title, after you finish the game

Hey guys, this might be complicated (or not), but I need a script that makes it so when you finish the game, a new option is available

Lets say you are at the title screen.  The option says:
New game
Continue
End game

When you select new game, it leads to another screen
Choose story:
The good character's story

Now, let's say you finish the game.  Now it says:
The good character's story
The bad character's story

I wanna make it so you can play as the bad guy ONLY if you finish the game at least once

Kind of like Megaman Maverick Hunter if that makes it clearer.

Try searching for some "New Game Plus" scripts. I seem to recall one having functionality like that.

you can event your titlescreen, so you can add as many options as you'd like.
