A missing file

I'm probably missing something obvious here, I made a game disc or "compress game data" and gave it to a friend to test out for me, and he gets a error saying RGSS102.dll could not be found. My guess is I'm not actually making a "game disc" and I'm hitting the wrong option.

You need to include all the RTP and the DLL file if you want to make a stand alone game.  Else, people who want to play your game will have to download the separate RTP package.

I figured it was simple but not dumb...you would figure that it would do that automatically but I guess I can see the reasons. Thanks a lot for the help.
