Hello. I want critique on the coloring <3.
(Lineart is NOT mine.)

The colors ARE lovely. ^^ shading on the pumpkin & the hat is good.
However, you need more shades. Make some shades darker than others. Use a less "soft"/blurry brush. Select the black outline, and color it with a darker color- ie, on the dress replace it with dark blue.
Try going into more detail. Every Fold on the dress should cast a shadow, same with the pumpkin.
I tried coloring it myself, maybe it'll help you see what I mean:

@silverwind > Wow that's really good.
I retried coloring it, and this is how it came out. Better or worse?

my advice to you would be to toss a piece of cloth over the back of your chair and give it some folds and study the way the light and shadows work on it, because youre putting shadows in places that dont need shadows, and highlights in places that dont need them, you arent shading the shapes the way the lineart and general shape of things would suggest, get some reference to give you a better idea of how the shading should work

Um.. I think you're using a half transparent brush, and when going over a spot you colored it gets messy. If you use a program with layers, try shading with solid black/white on a new layer and make it like 50% transparent. Otherwise, color in a solid brush with lighter color(ie, lightblue on the dress). Adding a purple hue to shadow, and orange hue to light will make it look colorful (and those colors go well with the picture).
Remember that stronger light casts darker shadow, so either have less light or add shadows.
