A few questions

I'm new here, but I've been using RMXP for a while, I have a project going on and I need help on a few minor things:

1. animating chimney smoke

2. making a door

I'm sure that these have been requested a lot but I can't find anything for the chimney smoke in Search, and i can't find any simple tuts on door-making...any help on these two will be appreciated greatly.

Ah, if all questions were this easy... and so clearly asked.

1. For the chimney smoke, simply select the "197-Support05" graphic in the RTP, those are various smokes. In the options below the event's graphic, select "Stop Animation" this is rather badly phrased, but it means that the character will be animated even if it is not moving. Select different speeds to make your smoke move faster or slower.

2. Select "170-Door01" for the graphics, those are doors. Use the "set move route" event command for "this event" and enter the following commands: "turn left, wait (2 or 3 frames, to your liking), turn right, wait (2 or 3 frames again), turn up" click OK. Next, use the "wait for move's completion" command. This will make it so that the next command won't take effect until the event is done moving. if you want, you can enter "set move route" for the player "Through on, 1 step forward, Through off" and "wait for move's completion". This will make it so the hero will step in the door frame. Next, simply use the "Transfer player" command to make him go to the next map. Simple as pie.
