About breeding. What are the easiest ways to tell wether a new-bred has the best IV potential (honestly only speed matters) and what do I need to keep in mind to make sure I have the highest chance of getting the nature I want. I don't want to keep getting a 31 IV in speed, and then keep missing on my desired nature.

to maximize your chances with the nature, make sure one of the parents has the nature you want, and then give it an everstone to make it a 50% chance

as for checking your IVs, it's not easy to just look at a newly hatched pokemon and judge it on what you see. the battle subway has a man who will judge your pokemon's IVs, but another way is to just go into a subway battle that scales your pokemon up/down to lv50

then, you can use the stats to extrapolate your pokemon's IVs. or use a stat calculator

bear in mind that each pokemon will randomly inherit 3 of it's IVs from it's parents, so it can be a little hit and miss if you're looking for very well-distributed spreads
