64x64 - Tilemap VX/XP

I've made a TS(turn strategy) game engine in XP(it can be easily ported to VX). It work's great but I need a Tilemap class(or other name that draws a Spriteset on Rect) that draws 64x64 fields(made it myself but is interpreted(ruby not C) so is laggy) and supports different resolutions(not window resize but one that will work in full screen).

What help do I need(one of those):
- tutorial that shows how to use dll made in C(so I can rewrite my class) + help with resolution script
- new class in Ruby that is not laggy and supports resolutions.(I do not need passages or priorities; I'll change event and character classes myself)

EDIT: I've just found great resolution script working in fullscreean. Topic can be closed.

We don't actually close resolved topics. Why don't you show us which script it is that you found?

I've got a 64x64 tileset that I made entirely custom if you want to use it...
