So, I've used a desktop Dell fo 4 years, and a few weeks ago, the ol comp. crashed. We had to renstall Windows. BUt when I did that, not only did I lose everything(on purpose, I didnt really care), but now when I switched the cable cord back to the Dell, its not FRACKIN working. I cant go on the internet! Now, I have to steal my sisters laptop and put the cord on it to type this. I called my Internet Service Provider (ISP), Comcast, and they said it was the computer and to call Dell. But Dell had the damn audacity to try to charge $49.00 for technical support, and I said "Hell no am I paying for something that may not work." So, do you guys think you can help?
