If so... could you give me a few tips on making things like that?
Or, like a site where I could find a few tutorials?
I know I could search for them, but every time I have, I havent found very many good tutorials on how to use that program...
I really like the reflection of the screen in its base as well ^_^

Kraft: yes, it's 3dsmax with Vray plugin for rendering. With Vray you can do some really ni ce materials. With MetalRay also, but it's much easier and faster with V. As for the picture itself, big part of the final effect is due to studio setup. Here's a tutorial (by AGmakonts)I based my studio on:
