Humor can't be defined as going downhill. Humor is really whatever you find "humorous" and if you don't think it's funny then you have a different sense of humor, and alot of people don't think it's funny, but alot do. Alot of people don't think Monty Python is funny but ALOT do. It doesn't mean American's have poor humor, it means you find the majority of their humor not appealing to you, but alot of people like it.

I've only seen a few episodes, but it strikes me as a washed out attempt at being kids in the hall, only with more sugar coated breakfast cereal and much less wit.

And I too would prefer Mencia over wkyk, and most national sketch comedy shows today.

I agree, Carlos is way better than this trash. At least Mencia has something to work with: he tells it like it is, not just throwing a bunch of sugar-and-drug-induced crap into a script and then performing it. Then again, maybe I just have a bit of a more traditional comedic taste, being a devout Dukes of Hazzard fan and all, but with a little bit of a crazy streak, who knows?

See there you guys go again. It's obviously not your type of humor so why are you still talking about it? I know why... Because you don't have a life, and all you can do is pick apart everything you don't like. Is that right? Jesus it's just a tv show. If you don't like it don't watch it and don't talk about it. I don't like alot of things... like sweet peppers. I don't eat them, and i don't start a thread about them and talk about them.
