In Hebrew books in the Bible, the writers don't put vowels in them, the reader has to assume what it says.

So let's talk like that shall we?

Rules:
No vowels
No shortcut words ( i.e. lol, wth )
You can only use shortcut words if it becomes the shortcut words when its stripped of its vowels ( i.e. are = r )
No 1 worded words, since its only a vowel.( Unless its the product of the vowel stripping ) Though you may treat it like you said that.
You can say the OFFICIAL acronyms of a proper noun.
