Characters playable in JC RPG:

Jesus Christ - regarded as the Messiah by many, he's on a mission to save the world from itself. Curing the sick people and exorcizing demons, he's also in conflict wit the local authorities who see him as trouble-maker who's on a quest to become king.

Mary Magdalene - a woman who was possessed by demons and later joins the party. She anoints Jesus and give him strength to fight even more battles against the forces of evil.

Simon Peter - "The Rock". He's a strong man who's Jesus' greatest ally. Nonetheless, he will also have his trials to overcome as his faith is tested against his self-preservation instinct.

Judas Iscariot - A misguided man who thinks too much of material things and loses sight of the big picture. His obsession with status and money-making prove to be his own downfall.

Virgin Mary - Chosen by God to deliver the Messiah to the world, she must fight against an army which is out to kill her newly born child.
Joseph - A foster father to Jesus and a carpenter by trade, he will go out of his way to protect his son.

Baby Jesus - Still a toddler, he will help the party the best he can. His skills may be limited for now, but he will grow into a remarkable person one day.

Gaspar, Melchior & Balthazar - The three wise kings face a perilous journey to the west, where they hope to find the baby Messiah. Fighting against spirits, robbers and foreign gods, will they ever reach Judea?

Gesmas - The unrepentant thief. He mocks Jesus at the cross while sharing the same fate. A tough man who does not have compassion in his heart for anyone.

Dismas - The repentant thief. Dismas realizes his predicament is bad yet caused by his actions. He argues with Gesmas and ends up reaching Heaven.

Angel Gabriel - The messenger. Here, he helps Jesus on the Lord's last mission before resurrection.

But in a good way! ...I think.

Well done for pushing boundaries, with the animation and videos and the 3D graphics. It certainly looks unique. And I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the subject hasn't yet been picked up in RPG Maker.

I'm impressed at how this has been picked up by a wider community to be honest. RPG Maker games are being taken seriously o.o

this is a gross oversimplification of one of the most fascinating characters in literary history.

there's a lot more to his reasonings than just for money—likely he did what he did because he thought that it was the right thing to do. the bible itself offers varying motivations—including one in which judas wanted to give the money to the poor; which scholars believe is because judas felt that jesus was losing sight of his initial goal in the face of jesus's growing fame. this interpretation is the one that's used to great effect in jesus christ superstar (check it out for reals)

overall imo your project seems to be a jokey gimmick instead of attempting to tell a rich story of jesus and the characters surrounding him. sure, if a quick gimmick what you're going for—enjoy it i guess. but i don't think that "it's jesus lol!" is enough to really make a game shine. imo the subject material could make a great base for a strong rpg, but tbh i'm not seeing it here.

I love Jesus, and I am sure the person making this game does too. The game preview made me laugh, it was some funny things there! However; I don't think this game is for me. I think I would go not-funny if I did a game about Christ; I would make it 100% serious and historically accurate, as well as biblically accurate. And I wouldn't even know where to begin.... This topic is too big for any man to "gamify" quickly. A good game takes years to develop, if you are alone and doing everything yourself. Anyway, kudos for doing this Jesus-rpg :D It is all in the heart isn't it!
