We can't really judge the quality of a sprite from a video. Especially one that gets compressed by Youtube upon upload. If it's just the movement you want help with then try and post it as a .gif. There are plenty of things out there that will help you sort that out.

You obviously have all the stages of the movement already, so just compile them in a free GIF maker or if you have an Adobe Creative Suite®, use Imageready.
