Really good, keep up with the good work...
But, the directions of the characters sounds a bit strange, unless there's a reason for them be like that, at least for me.
But it's a nice work.

:D yes there is, its for isometric stuff.
i just used this template because it allows more detail.

You should credit that it's Tana's template you're using (at least she's been the person posting it whereafter I saw it first ^_^ ), but your work looks very good... The hair could use a bit more shading and some highlights, though ... and maybe sunglasses :P
