Anime Character set request

Hello people.

I would like to know if anyone can make me a character set of a girl from an anime image. If you do this for me you will receive full credit in the game I will be using it for.

I don't think I can do that gounlet man but I may be able to do the belt. So you basicly want a thick brownish cloth\rope around her side
