Zera sprites - UPDATE! Completed!

Here's a sprite set for a character in my Realms of Zardion metaseries (In which the Axel series is included), Zera Savona. Comments and critique are allowed and encouraged. If I get some good feedback, I'll make the rest of the main characters!

It's pretty good, although you could probably do a little work on the shoes, and make the band on the arm a little lower, other than that, great!

What exactly should I do to the shoes? I knew they needed something, but I can't put my finger on what...

perhaps you could shade them a little, so it looks like she has more of a foot, and maybe add buckles or laces.

I don't really like the shading of the hair, to me it's disturbing. O_o There's something wrong with it but I can't put my finger on it.

Yeah, I noticed that too. It almost looks... a little plastic.  Doesn't suggest strands of hair.  The rest is good though.
