orlando was pretty fuckin sweet

damn man though i wish wish wish i'd moved there initially instead of tampa. that city is INFINITELY NICER. plus there's like ... a RIDICULOUS amount of shit to do. i mean, totally IGNORING disneyworld, universal, sea world, and all their affiliated theme parks, there're thousands of unique restaurants, minigolf (i LOVE minigolf), chic bars, steak houses/strip clubs (yes in one), arcades, burlesque houses, theatres, museums, themed buildings (one building was actually an upside down mausoleum, it was pretty cool) --the list goes on. man it was so much nicer and newer looking too. plus it didn't smell like wet feet! tampa always has that swampfoot smell :/
universal and islands of adventure was sweet. the hulk rollercoaster kicked ass. simpsons ride was alright, i kinda liked the back to the future one better though. but the best part of that was the line: they had tons of tv's playing classic simpson's clips. i looked everywhere for a BORT license plate but couldn't find one so i got a can of Duff beer and a poster that looks like "a Day at the River" except with Homer/Marge etc.
one cool thing about the park being hot as a dick was that there wasn't a single line that was longer than 20 minutes. hell, one rollercoaster didn't have a line -at all-. On a saturday!!! never saw anything like that. a lot of the lines were air conditioned too so idk why everyone is such a pussy.
also ate at the hard rock cafe there. sat by johnny cash's guitar :3
all in all: not relaxing at all, but super fun :D
