[XP] umm do i have the illegal version of xp? :\

so i was browsing some tutorials in the forum and i was trying to figure out how to do events; i was looking at a light tutorial and i realised: my event pages/variable pages look different than theirs! its been quite awhile since ive even touched RMXP on my computer, but i thought i paid for it; so now im freaking out.  so my simple question is, do i have the illegal version, or what the hell is going on? BTW, im using vista.

Well did you have to put in a serial when you loaded the porgram? Did you buy it from enterbrain itself? Btu it looks liek yoyu have the legal version.

its been forever, i THINK i did, but it was ages ago.


so if its legal, why does it have differences, and i just noticed this: why are my move animation/stop animations mixed up with the wrong names?

It's the other way around. Angelman had the illegal version, although I believe (s?)he bought the real one afterwards.

The easy way to tell is by looking at the little icon in the top-left of the RMXP window.  If it is Orange, you have the legal version.  If it is Purple, or Blue, it is not.
