XP to VX Convertor...

Sorry if in wrong place. Haven't posted here for a while.
Well yeah, so I wanted to convert my XP chars to VX... and looked for a topic about it. Then I found this one: http://www.rmxp.org/forums/index.php?topic=35594.0 by RPG Wizard, but the file was erased. Does anyone know how/where/a way to get the file? Like... if someone else had it and uploaded somewhere else?

theres some program that restores files that have been removed from Recycle Bin
