XP keep messing up

Im trying to get XP and I keep getting this

required component is missing: rgss102e.dll. Please install [APPLICATION] again.
What should I do?

I'm going to assume you downloaded the program from a site other than one linked to on Enterbrain's site. Usually .dll errors are linked to illegal copies that don't install right. You need to download the legal program here or find some other download that works.

Apologies if you actually downloaded from Enterbrain, but it seems unlikely with the problem you're having.
