XP - How to set a weapon/skill to target SP instead of HP?

As the title says. What is the simplest proper method in RMXP for setting a weapon or skill to damage (or heal) the target's SP instead of their HP?

I'd thought I'd seen a topic like this, with discussion, on the forum recently, but I can't find it now. If it was here, please toss me a link to that one. Thanks.
 
Check game_battler 3 attack effect, item effect and skill effect. You will see that the user or target hp is affected, you only have to changue that to sp. Anyway you may want to create a set of conditions for some exceptions by weapons, some items, etc....
