FINAL FANTASY BATTLE SYSTEM REQUEST

Hello guys, it's possible, modding Minkoff/Charlie Lee battle system to have something like this:

With Static Enemies (possible with Minkoff Battlers), Characters only do one step ahead and do attack animation/magic animations etc (possible with Minkoff Battlers) and having ATB/HP/MP under, the command window and other on the bottom like in the early FF remakes?

Yes, It's possible.
I have a friend who is doing this battle  system and a menu, but It's not done yet. Here is a screen:

Lol very rare you would get this answered. I'd day wait for the FFVI SDK to come out and see what you can do there.
