X360 Sucks... nuff said, end of story.

Ok, XBOX 360 sucks and Microsoft sucks, faggots dont come and say 360 is good cuz it AINT. Damn, terrible fucking console. I bought the 360 and thought I would be happy until the afterlife, I bought like 20 games and so on. Then the RRoD comes and BOOM, I am FUCKED. Since I'm from Brazil and here the console is 2x-3x more expensive I imported it from the US.

I called microsoft and they said that brazilian technical support couldnt fix or change the console, so.... WTF!! I bought the console fair and square and just because they're faggots I can't get another 360. The 3 year warranty is only valid to the US as it's originally from there. If I wanted to exchange the 360 in Brazil, then the 360 had to be bought in Brazil. So, they say the only way to exchange my 360 is to send it all over to the US wich actually costs MORE than buying a new fucking console. Fuck it.


So, I decided to try some stores who could fix the 360. The guy said he only took a look and couldnt fix it. 2 Weeks without console later, the noob from microsoft answered my email and said I could send the 360 to the US and they would pay. Ok, I came. 2 weeks later the console comes back and they say they couldnt change the console because it had been "modified". WTF?!?!?!. Please note that, the fact is that is not that they "couldnt" exchange the console, they dont WANT it, because a company as big as microsoft could certainly afford it.

Fuck it, nothing I can do. What do I do? I buy another 360 and start playing again. The new falcon board they launched was the cure.... NOOOT!! It had the E74 error. At that time I wanted to kill someone or myself. So here I am with two damn broken 360s, more than 30 games and 3 controllers...

The thing is, microsoft releases a broken console, doesnt fix the problem and cant even put the warranty to be valid for abroad consoles, thats just WRONG. So, that's it, I'm not ever gonna use anything related to microsoft, I'm switching my OS to linux next week, I dont care, these 360s, I'm gonna throw them out and I'm gonna curse microsoft for the rest of my entire fuckin life. Sure, microsoft aint even gonna feel the bite, im just one unsatisfied customer. Anyway this isnt a boycott, I'm just stating that i'm done with microsoft and that's it.

I have an XBox360. Had it for quite some time now. And I never experienced any problems with it. In my eyes it is a great console. I mean look at the hardware (which is fine. I think PS3 is too much for the current gen) and than think about the fact that where I am from this thing is cheaper than the WII!!!
I think that kind of makes XBox360 rock :biggrin:

I think the dude has a right to have a rant. I definitely would if I was in his situation. To their credit, though, they did say they would pay for the post and packaging, which is quite nice albeit a little too late. Unfortunately you voided your warranty when that guy cracked it open (not really microsoft's fault, just standard rules).

Don't get me wrong though, I hate MS too. But for different reasons ... The only reason Windows is so popular is because it was bugged to high hell (and still is). People would talk more and more about Windows and so got more popularity than humble and functional Mac. In other words, MS is renowned and will remain that way because it's shit. :specs:
