[WWII] Breeze Revolution Charsets

Okay I was watching documentaries and the History channel about Adolf Hitler and the War... So I was like what if I made a RMXP game using breeze characters and making a custom tileset, etc.

Also I was thinking of calling the game Der Untergang (The Downfall - A movie about Hitler's final days)

I think this would be a neat project... I was just fascinated by the technology the Germans had before every other country then... So yeah this project would be fun ^^

So I just started it like 10 mins ago (was looking for pics mainly) so maybe it took 5 mins to do it all together...

Yeah I was getting bored of making my RPG and ORPG >.< so this would be fun ^^

It's... a tiny adorable Hitler. o_o

The hat sort of baffles me. Initially, I thought it was some form of captain's hat (working under the assumption that the white part was ornamentation on the rim,) but then I noticed the bill (which my colourblind eyes had initially mistaken for a very strange skin flap on Hitler's head) and concluded that it was... well, I don't remember what that sort of hat is called anyway. Looking at it now, my mind just sort of bounces between the two possibilities. Cleaning it up a little and perfecting the shading would probably do wonders there.

Also, is it really possible to recount such a massively dark and horrible time as WWII using cute little chibi Germans and the like?

(Also please give the British more credit than all the games and movies do. Those things also seem to ignore the fact that America sat and twiddled its thumbs for like two years.)

As impossible as it sounds you gave me motivation.. Breeze templates can be insane and tough XD

Now, as the others have pointed out, you have to change the hat. But, I think you need to also add just a bit more shinyness to It, if you know what I mean.

Why thank you! Well I need to make the following (which is a lot to do)

Complete Hitler, German SS Soldiers, Soviet Soldiers, USSR Leader (forgot his name i'll get it), Benito (Italian Dictator), American Troops, Panzer Tank (for breeze), and make a tileset fit for breeze for Berlin etc. A lot to do but will get it done...

Bud - it's fine that you don't like Breeze. But annoying everyone else and spamming a topic isn't a good way to let people know that. Your post was NRV, to be honest.

Anyways, on to the crit:
I like the Hitler sprite. Just different enough to be awesome. A mix of cute and shock.
For the helmet, I'd recommend being more careful with the shading - it seems fairly haphazard to me. Try blocking out light and shadow onto the midtone - no complicated shading, just blocking - and then work from that. I find that that usually works quite well when finding forms.

He has more than 1 sprite, as well the chibi style is what makes breeze what it is.
