I have for a while wanted to breed miniature cows. Perhaps milk cows or just cows for pets. Much the same as miniature ponies, but better because they are cows.

If I had a horse as small as Thumbelina I would name her "Dog" and take her around on a leash and act like I really thought she was a dog.
