Uh idunno...the bottom half looks like you directly edited on the RTP and just warped in in some weird way.

Bottom half doesn't use cortez's style - no outline and colors are blurred instead of the subdued flat ones used on his stuff. Actually, same with the top - the only part that looks similar is the face and overall shape.

I have evil with all to understand lol, I am French and null in English XD.
I took the colors of RTP which I applied to the template.
For the cartoony style, maybe I made too much details?

I mainyl recomend less detail and shading to maintain the style.
