WINDOWS 7 EXPLORER CRASH!!! HELP!

Windows Explorer on my windows 7 EXPLORER keeps crashing randomly. I am scrolling quicly sometimes, and it says "Exlorer has stopped working. Explorer will reboot"

MY ERROR MESSAGE: "Explorer has stopped working" (But in Swedish)

Solutions that have failed:
Virus scan - no viruses found
Corrupted files - SFC scan via command prompt reports no problems
Clean boot - Errors continue
Safe mode - Errors continue
Regedit - suggested disabled issues is not present (machine throttling)
No new programs have been installed, no new files have been downloaded. It just started happening for no discernable reason.
Windows update downloaded and implemented - errors continue.
Windows restore - errors continue.

BUT WHY DOES IT CRASH IF ITS NO ERROR? Please ANY idea on how I shall fix this, it must be SOME kind of virus / bug etc?

my first question is do you have all the updates downloaded?

edit: also do you have the most recent drivers installed for your graphics card? i had a similar issue that was solved by updating my drivers.

Thank you! I do have all the updates (i am checking windows update, and ASUS X53SJ (my model) update very very often!)
but I will check my drivers now^^

this looks like (im mostly sure) the thumbnails generated from videos (almost always) and photos (not that usual) just crash explorer. I have them deactivated for years now, since i couldnt surf my main folder because of a couple .avi files.

can you try using it in any view mode without thumbnails?

Ok I will try that, but it seems that it crashes whatever I do, it has crashed when in Control Panel,My Computer, even in USB windows (WITHOUT pictures or thumbnails) it chrashes.

EDIT: No sorry it doesn't work. Sorry! But this is totally not logical at all! As I said I have tried very much without progress...

I have the latest drivers and everything too!
