Window Creator

I remember a long time ago there was a script creator made for XP with XP. You would enter the dimensions of the window and stuff and basically make your own menu etc. It is kinda like the berka window creator here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=65937&hilit=window+creator only for XP. Anyone know where I can find it by chance?

Let me point you to the fact that once you have your neat scene ready, and encounter the last bit that you would like to edit in there, you'll be coming in here on your knees again, begging for help while crawling on the floor and offering us your daughters... and we will say "No!" (but take your daughters anyway).

Or in other words: Do it yourself from the start, and you will be able to advance from that point on.

In fairness I think I unwittingly necroposted this; we don't get many script requests these days and such an old post was still on the first page. He might have moved on to a new game in that time.
