GameStop just had to call and rub it in my face ;_; that the Wii version of Twilight Princess comes out with Wii does while the GameCube version doesnt come out till December. BASTARDS!!!! T.T
The price is nice, but i think it would have been better if it were a bit cheaper too. I mean to really really screw sony over, haha. And they already have something over the PS3, a great game at launch, Zelda. Most systems have crap at launch -.-

There's no reason for it to be cheaper tbh. It's like three times more powerful than the Gamecube, which is $100. It's $150 less than the 360, and $350 less than the PS3. Plus it comes with a game; games are typically ~$50. So if you ignore the bundled game, it's the $200 that everyone was hoping for. $250 for a next-gen console is really not bad at all.

300 bucks is not bad. Still not geting it untill Brawl is out but still 300 bucks is pretty good. Just be happy thats in launch date is not the 17th. FUCK lines would be HUGE

I don't know how many multiplayer games I'll want to play, but adding another controller essentially costs $60 unless alot of games don't use the Nunchuck, and I'll probably be tempted to actually do it since I'll have spent an extra $50 for a game I would never ever play alone. Why can't they bundle it with something fun and single-player like Twilight Princess. I'd even take it for like $275.

Minkoff don't forget that Nintendo's plan is to put a Wii in every household. The Wiimotes can be expensive because I doubt many people will be buying them. If everyone has a Wii, they can bring their controllers to their friends' houses. Besides, the technology in those things probably justifies the price.
But hey, even with extra controllers and a couple of games, the Wii still costs shitloads less than the PS3.
