Wierd looking guy. [WIP]

I don't know how I got the idea for this. But I decided to make a wierd looking guy. And would love some feedback on it.

It's good so far, i want to see what you do with the pants because i don't get what you're going for yet, sort of reminds me of kefka because of that neck..thing, forget what it's called =)

I have no idea, I just started doodling and blam! a sprite began. The pants will be multi colored and possibly have a hanging cape.
