I'm WintersWolf, im a 20 year old Australian. I like pancakes.
Going to keep it standard and use the suggested introductory questions.
# What is your history with game creation and the game making community?
I started out a few years ago on the X-RPG community, became a mod there until it died out. Started playing around with RM2K, then XP when it came out and moved over to VX for all of about a week until wanting to gouge my eyes out. So of course i'm sticking with RMXP.
I've also done a bit of work with mod tools from various titles, few examples; Morrowind, Crysis, Oblivion etc
# What is your field of expertise in game making?
My main skills are in Writing and Level Design (Mapper for RM engine) but I have been known to do a bit of scripting here and there with various engines.
# How did you find the forums?
Google :D
# What you hope to get out of the forum?
Hopefully this place will 1up X-RPG as a place for me to come to discuss various engines and throw around some ideas, and a place to take a break from development and harrass all you poor folk.
# What kind of creative talents do you have (outside of game creation)?
I can skull a yard glass with a 3:1 ratio of bourbon-coke. Yeaaahh..
# What are your hobbies or interests?
I'm a huge gamer obviously, other than that I love movies, going to the pub or having a BBQ (Makes me sound real Aussie >.>)
I also have an obsession with getting ink, maybe one day I will show you all ^_^
# What kind of music do you listen to?
I appreciate music a lot, I could probably find something from every genre that I like but mainly i'm into Alternative Genres (Hard Rock, Metal, Hardcore, etc) but will also enjoy some classical music or some Aussie Hip Hop.
# What level of education are you in? What are you studying in college?
I'm about to begin studying at Uni after several years of working in IT and screwing around. Bachelor of Interactive Entertainment (Majoring in Games Programming)
