why am i getting a black screen when i pick new game

i got this title trick from a demo it worked fine for a while and then i don't know why i get a black screen when i pick new game

its really strange i dont recall messing with the event and it worked the first time

nothing is as descriptive as a demo so here it is :

Most likely because you set title image to none, in the database.

the title screen has nothing to do with the database its all evented
play the demo a see what i mean

EDIT :  I GOT THE PROBLEM WRONG SWITCH. this is sooo silly of me
