What the best anti lag script out there? (I have SDK 1.5)

I know there's a few anti-lag scripts (I think 3) but I really don't know witch one to use.
I have the SDK 1.5, I haven't upgraded it so it doesn't mess up other scripts I have (I installed 2.0 and it didn't work out well)
I wanna know which anti-lag script is best in this situation, and in general which one you prefer since I'm planning on making more than one game.

I think fotz's script is the best, but the cpu utilization thing will not work very well in some old computers, so I suggest you to create an option menu to disable these features.
