what is the name of this rpg...?

I was reading a while back about a new rpg that might be coming out soon (or perhaps it's already been released), and I'm wondering if anyone could help me remember the name of it. It's going to be for the DS, and it's being made by a Canadian-based company (possibly an independent studio). The game's battle system is very similar to Chrono Trigger's. People were wondering if the developers used rpg maker to create it.

Hm... that's all I can remember about it now, but I can't for the life of me remember this game! I've been googling search terms trying to find it, but to no avail... if anyone knows what I'm talking about please let me know Thanks!

Hmmm, are you talking about Western Lords? It was some western themed rpg that was being developed for GBA then switched to DS. They closed down their site in order to focus on development or something though.

One of the team members, Elder, posted the project at GW so, I guess that's why people thought it was RM or something...
