What did you give/get for Valentine's Day?

I gave two eyeshadows to my girlfriend and she gave me season 1 of Prison Break - woo! We also went halves on a fantastic Mexican dinner. It was so tasty.

Well im not seeing my girl till 7, but i have a whole dinner ready to be made for her, im about to go start in a few minutes actually. As well as the traditional roses and chocolate.

Lobsters, salmon, shrimp, ect...    red wine of course.

I dont like buying girls material things cause it shows no heart.
I paid just as much for this dinner than a material gift would cost, about $150 i think.

But because i took the time cook and stuff its much more meaningful. I have been with her for a year, and this almost our one year anniversary.

Why, does everybody see the need to make me sad? LOL, Happy for you guys, all I got was a bowl full of sadness, when I found out my supposed Valentine was an 18 year old with a jealous 21 year old that knew me.  :dead: I hate Valentines ... nothing good happens for me ...

Well, I didn't get anything, I spent Valentines day as Loners Awareness Day, Clizzz, I feel your pain, I got hmm, whats the word... dumped (So harsh) like a week ago, but it wasn't official till 2 days ago, we'd been together for 14 months and 16 days, but meh, life when your older, it gets better, TRUST ME.

I had 3 guys ask me to be their valentines, but I did get one girl though (well two and they both were my valentines and they both knew >_< they shared me O_o) It was a really akward day for me......Especially since the girl that I wanted to be my valentines was....well pissed off at someone and didn't want anyone near her :huh:

Seriously though, our diner's just going to be so expensive, gifts were simply out of the question.

Me? Well, I got really nice flowers from a friend. They were daisies that had been colored purple via capillary absorbtion, or whatever it's called. She's a lesbian, though, so I'm sort of confused.

We didn't exchange any gifts nor did we do anything. I ate a microwave burrito on the couch and he ate a quesadilla before I got home from work. The chicks at my work all got special flowers and shit sent to them and the dudes were talking about how they got their ladies flowers and are going to dinner and all that crap. Ugh

Does feel weird, though. I mean ... I'm not jealous; I'd rather save money. But is it weird for a married couple to not do ANYTHING----at ALL?
