What am I doing wrong? (Windowskin editing)

I am trying to edit the windowskin I'm using for TCT to have the little continue icon appear as a chao, but when I'm import the windowskin, and test...the inside is transparent and the edges have parts from my chao icon. What am I doing wrong? I just want my windowskin to show up properly with the chao icon as the continue icon. Or if someonebody could save me a hour or two of trouble and just edit the windowskin for me.

You had better damn well be crediting me in your game, as that Windowskin is NOT YOURS to claim as your own. I make Windowskins like these under the understanding that I get credited for them if you decide to use them in your game >_<

So if you don't plan on crediting me, then don't use my shit...should go without saying.
