Need to limit image widths in announcement topics. Right now that cake makes the tables entirely too big. Just adding width="100" makes them not stretch (Firebug tested). Probably an easy stylesheet edit.

I like it. In the welcome box, would it make sence to have a bit of a discription as to what the site's about, and what we do? Because people who find this site from Google or whatever might want a discription of what they're joining. Another thing, would it make sence to have a link to the resources manager in the Menu, because I know that's the first place I look for content when I go onto sites.

But yeah, definatly an improvement.
