Looks pretty nice, but I would wash out that background image a bit, lower the contrast and raise the brightness. It's a cool picture, but it's so noisy that it's distracting even though you've bordered out the content areas. Contrast creates depth, and you don't want your background to have too much depth, except in cases where you have a full scene behind the page, and even most of those are pretty bad :p
