The fact that it has no color is kindof boring and I don't think adding the RO sprite helps. In fact it just looks tacky. Other than that it's nice looking though the spacing is a little weird in some places.

So I should desaturate the sprites or saturate the template?

It's your call to make, but I'd try getting rid of the sprite and saturating at least part of the template (like the butterfly).
